This is a Rasta Punkuine, a new breed of horse i'm creating. There are three seperate types: Rasta, Punk and Hippie.
This one's a Rasta!

~ He's Jamaican, so he will have a Jamaican accent.
~ He's wearing a Rasta Hat and a Gold Chain.
~ His mane and tail are in dreadlocks and they do have beads woven into them.
~ His feather is in a ponytail.
